As a first-gen, Luis J. Molina had to teach himself how to navigate college and handle his personal finances on his own. He founded Prosperar Wealth with the aim to provide first-gens a platform with resources so they can achieve life-long wealth.

Self-taught, he built systems and processes to help elevate himself to the next level and now aims to help others better understand their finances.

Prosperar Wealth's ultimate goal is to create a world where having discussions about and building generational wealth is normal for our families so we can all win & reach our potential. He believes each family should be equipped with the tools to advance their family's wealth.

Luis received his M.Ed in Education Policy from the University of Washington and a B.A. in Anthropology from Wheaton College, MA.
